DeWALT offers a variety of MOBILELOCK service plans to accommodate your security needs. There is a one-time activation fee of $20 per unit and a monthly service fee of $19.95 that includes*:

• Unlimited alarm notifications and transmissions: by email, text or phone
  
• Five free locate credits per unit per month that don’t expire unless used
  
• Unlimited Web site access
  
• Customer service and tech support
  
• Ability to text commands to your units: Arm, Disarm, Status, Locate, Page
  
• First bill is the month following activation

Each time a GPS location is requested which shows where your Mobilelock is on a map that requires one locate credit. If you run a tracking session which does automatic locates at a selected interval, each locate in that session requires a locate credit. Your monthly service includes 5 free locate credits x the number of devices you have in your account each month. For example, if you have 10 devices in your account you will receive 50 locate credits each month. They can be used on any device in your account and they do not expire unless used. For 95% of our customers this is all the locates they will need. For high volume tracking customers (law enforcement, trucking, etc) it may be necessary to purchase additional locates. Below are various packages available that may be purchased at anytime from within your account. The locate credits are added to your account immediately and they also can be used on any device and do not expire.
