You can either recharge it every month or connect it to the equipment's battery with our DS525 12/24 volt adaptor for permanent power. Through the website you can select the sensors you would like enabled (Vibration and Tamper). MOBILELOCK's false alarm filter allows vibration alarms to only happen when multiple hits of vibration are detected within 10 seconds at the level of sensitivity you've selected. That means rain and other bumps will not set it off but the engine starting when it is armed will.
